Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Therefore, we are committed to replacing or refunding the product in the following cases:
Receiving the wrong item (color, product type, size).
Defective item.
Our policy for these cases is 14 days from the date of delivery for replacement or refund requests. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund. We do not have a return policy for received items. To receive a refund or replacement, it is not necessary to return the defective item.
How do I file a claim?
To file a claim, please email us at vibelio.shop@gmail.com and provide the following information (these are essential):
Order number
Video/photos of the defective product
If the claim concerns a sizing issue, attach a tape measure, ruler, or meter stick to the photos of the garments in question.
If any items are missing from your order, please send pictures of the received item and the detailed shipping label.
Please note that we generally DO NOT accept refunds or replacements for the following customer errors:
Incorrect selection of sizes, colors, etc.
Personal reasons due to a change of mind
Products damaged or deformed by the customer
Failed deliveries due to errors in the specified delivery address or the customer's absence
Product losses due to the customer's security situation (provided the courier has confirmed delivery of the package)
Delay or Non-Receipt of a Refund
In most cases, we will complete the refund process within 5-7 days. However, the process may be delayed or fail. If you have not received the money after 15 days, please check your bank account first.
If there is an error or delay in refunding your order from your bank, please contact us via our support email at info.shaperly@gmail.com for further assistance.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to info.shaperly@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this 6-hour period will not be accepted.
All order information will be automatically printed on a shipping label, along with other processing fees, after the purchase is completed. This will cost us 10% of the total order value. This fee will be charged upon order cancellation.
How can I change my order details?
If you notice an error in the shipping address or during the purchase, please email us as soon as possible. We will help you correct the information.
Please note that we can only change order details within the first 6 hours of the order being placed.
Please check the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order to verify all information.
Important
We will not issue refunds until VAT has been credited to the purchased product.
