Order and Tracking
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. You can cancel your order or change your shipping details within 6 hours. After 6 hours, the order will be processed and no further changes will be possible. Once the process is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with an updated shipping confirmation and a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the provided link. Tracking information may not be available for the first few days after receiving the shipment update email. It may take several days for packages to be scanned. This is normal and does not affect the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Times
Delivery is only available within Italy, and delivery takes approximately 7 days from the shipping date.

How can I change my order details?

If you discover that you made a mistake with your delivery address or purchase, please email us as soon as possible. We will help you correct the information.

Please note that we can only change your order details within 12 hours.

Please check the order confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order to verify all information.

What is your cancellation policy?
You have 6 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please note that a processing and transaction fee (10% of the total order value) will be charged for cancellation. If you attempt to cancel your order after receiving a shipping confirmation email, no refund can be issued because the item has already been packed and shipped.

What is your return policy?
If the product is damaged or defective, please send us an email with the subject "Return: Damaged or Defective Item" along with your order number and a photo so we can investigate the issue and find a definitive solution as quickly as possible.

The return policy only applies to items that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. A refund or exchange is not possible if the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
